HOW DO I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP?
we've made it really easy to freeze. Please follow these steps.
1/ Login to the members area
2/ Select add hold next to the membership deatails.
3/ Select how long you wish to freeze for.....
4/ Thats it. This can also be done via our app. Simply select memberships and select add hold.
HOW DO I cancel my membership?
we've made it really easy to cancel. Please follow these steps.
1/ Login to the members area
2/ Select the rubbish symbol next to the membership deatails.
4/ Follow cancel instructions....
