There is no best way to exercise, we believe all movement is fantastic and on top of that if you can find a class you enjoy (ish) then staying happy and healthy is a lot easier. So check out all of our classes, each one has been heavily tried and tested so you can assure you will be attending a fun, structured and created for all abilities workout. If its you're first session we recommend you turn up 5 minutes early so the trainer can introduce themselves and get to know you .

What makes our Zumba fitness classes so popular is that it feels more like a dance party than a workout. The music played during the class is relatively fast-paced which can help to build your endurance after just a few classes. Each Zumba dance workout involves highly choreographed routines that are set to upbeat salsa tracks.
Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility
BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit- and designed for all abilities.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 cals. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
We are blessed to have Hill Head beach on our door step. So we load the van, charge up the boom box and run a high energy/ fun bootcamp right on the beach and most of the time in the sun. Get those endorphins going and come join our awesome community.
