There is no best way to exercise, we believe all movement is fantastic and on top of that if you can find a class you enjoy (ish) then staying happy and healthy is a lot easier. So check out all of our classes, each one has been heavily tried and tested so you can assure you will be attending a fun, structured and created for all abilities workout. If its you're first session we recommend you turn up 5 minutes early so the trainer can introduce themselves and get to know you .
