About the event
On Sunday 17th July, we'll be running another one of our gruelling assault courses, down at Hill Head beach. Expect to be put through your paces through all terrains.
After you and your partner finish the workout, we'll provide the post workout coffee and cake for you to endulge in - sounds good right?
A few of us will be bringing our paddleboards down to go into the sea after, so If you have one, bring it down! If not, just bring your swim stuff and away you go!
Family, friends, dogs, kids etc all welcome. Let's top last times turn out!
