THE WORKOUT!
Get ready for a high energy 45 minute full body class that includes cardio, upper, lower & abs. An easy to follow along HIIT based class designed to get you burning those cals! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro we have you covered.
PLAN OF ACTION FOR THE EVENING
- Guest arrive at 18.00
- Our live DJ will be geting the party started
- Guest will be given pre workout, ginger shots from POSITIVE on entry
- 18.15-19.00 FUSION will take you through a sweaty HIIT workout
- 19.00 A few chardonnays will be dished out and a chance to mingle with everyone
