Event Bio::

Join us for the ultimate Friday night wellness experience! Kick off your evening with a boost of wellness shots to energize your body, followed by an invigorating visit to our aromatherapy station for a natural dopamine surge. Then, dive into a dynamic Power Flow Yoga session, led by Emily.

Emily's Power Flow Yoga classes are playful, challenging, and immersive experiences designed for those who love a faster-paced practice. Expect to build strength, flexibility, and focus as you explore stronger postures, inversions, breathwork, and yoga philosophy, all to the rhythm of energizing, upbeat house music.

After the yoga session, unwind with a deep breathwork pranayama meditation to center your mind and body. As the evening draws to a close, enjoy a glass of Prosecco or Nosecco to soak up the good vibes.
