12:20 kick off (provisional)

12:20-12:50 mens doubles

12:50-13:20 mens singles

13:20-13:50 mixed doubles

13:50-14:20 womens doubles

14:20-14:40 Womens singles

💥 FORMAT: SINGLES/ DOUBLES

START:🏃‍♂️ 800m Run

Then complete each of the following stations, with a 800m run between each:

1️⃣ 50/100 Cal Assault Bike 

800m Run🏃‍♂️

2️⃣ 200m farmer carrys (24kg men/ 16kg women)

800m Run🏃‍♂️

3️⃣ 50/100 cal Row 

800m Run🏃‍♂️

4️⃣200m sandbag carry (men 60kg/ women 30kg)

800m Run🏃‍♂️

5️⃣  50/100 cal C2 bike

800m Run🏃‍♂️

6️⃣100m Walking Lunges (Men 20kg / Women 10kg) 

800m Run🏃‍♂️

7️⃣ 50/100 cal Ski-Erg

800m Run🏃‍♂️

8️⃣ 25/50 Devil press (men 15kg/ women 7.5kg)

FINISH:🚀 400m sprint 🏃‍♀️
